3. No Refunds or Exchanges for Sizing Issues or change of mind

We provide detailed measurements and size information for all items. Please ensure you carefully check the sizing and measurements before making a purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that the sizing is appropriate before completing the purchase.

 

4. International Orders and Sales Outside of the UK

At this time, we ship internationally. However, we do not offer refunds or returns for any items shipped outside of the UK, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with sizing, shipping delays, or customs fees. By purchasing from outside the UK, you agree to accept the items as is and are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by your country.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases where the item received is significantly different from what was described in terms of condition. If the item is found to be in a different condition than stated in the product description, we will process a refund.

• Claims regarding misrepresentation of condition must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, with supporting photographic evidence.

• No refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other personal preferences.

• Refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent, with all original packaging where applicable.
