1966 Rolex Datejust 1601 - White Gold Bezel
Said by many to be the perfect watch, The Rolex Datejust has been worn by Winston Churchill, Martin Luther King jr and was donned by disturbed nuisance Patrick Bateman in American Psycho. A varied bunch, I'm sure you'll agree.
A design that's been only minorly tweaked since it's conception in 1945. Its elegant simplicity allows you to dress the Datejust up and down as much as you want. We have it here on a jubilee bracelet but a leather strap (last photo) gives it a totally different dimension. With this in mind, we will throw in a leather strap so you can enjoy both. Just have look at the photos!
The 18k white gold bezel really draws your eye toward the deep blue dial, a combination which vintage watch collectors are currently all over! This example dates back to the 60s and I'm truly amazed by the condition it has remained in.
Truly a tough one to let go but if you are interested, please don't hesitate to let us know because we're predicting a swift departure.

During lockdown, we're offering free postage within the UK. If you're looking to purchase from outside the UK please contact us to see what we can do.
In order to be as sustainable as possible, we pack each individual item in repurposed packaging, whether it be a vintage cigar box or wrapped in our local tailor's offcuts. We encourage you to reuse our boxes however you wish or return them to us to use again.
Returns Policy
We offer a 2 day no questions asked return period, the buyer just has to pay the postage.
Other than that we have a standard 30-day return policy should there be pre-existing issues. All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold and we inspect the item upon receipt.
